Altitude Aesthetics was founded in 2012 by Dr. Serena Voss, a Columbia-trained dermatologist who believed the medspa industry had a problem: it was chasing trends instead of results.
She opened a single-room studio in SoHo with one conviction — that every client deserves the same level of care a top hospital patient receives, delivered in an environment that actually feels restorative.
Twelve years later, Altitude has grown to a full four-room suite with a team of 15 specialists. The conviction has not changed.
